created without post...baik x yah create kan....
yesterday morning, i'm not in good mood (sbb byk pikir...ha2..tu la sape suruh byk pikir, pikir bnde lain plak tu..), but, kak shafa and i must start our project intervention (sarcopenia project, this is the first research on it in Malaysia, even in south east asia...giler hebat...ha2..perasan)...finally for the first intervention session, it's became so enjoyable with the attendance almost 80% ...wahaa....mne g yang lain...ok la tu, kat Jepun pun intervention die 7-8 org je...lg x aci...huh...
all the activities was recorded and will be published later...hopefully lah..
on evening, tour KL...lowyat, sungei wang and even pertama sunyi...luckily sogo ok...so, i bought this for my new nephew...Mohamad Irfan...
untuk Mohamad Irfan...saje pilih tiger sempena tahun harimauu...ape lg nak tulis ni...huh..x tau la...ehhh..lupa plak nak kne tdo..esk nak balik rmah...yess.
